Dr. Viola Wuchenauer has been working at Urwantschky Dangel Borst as an associate lawyer since January 2025.

Dr. Wuchenauer studied at the University of Tübingen and completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Ulm. During her legal clerkship, she also worked for a tax and law firm in Paris. She was admitted to the bar in 2004.

Dr. Viola Wuchenauer completed a doctorate on an inheritance law topic while working. She is a specialist lawyer for tax law and successfully completed the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer training in inheritance law in December 2024.

Before joining Urwantschky Dangel Borst, Dr. Wuchenauer worked for almost 15 years as a specialist for tax and inheritance law issues in a national tax law firm in Munich.
