Daniel C. Jacobsen began his work at Urwantschky Dangel Borst during his legal traineeship in 2019.
He completed his law studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Konstanz, focusing especially on labour and social law.
Following the first state exam, he initially worked as a research assistant and lecturer at the Chair for Civil Law, Labour Law and Social Security Law of Prof. Dr. Winfried Boecken, LL.M, where he had already been employed as an assistant during his studies.
He completed his legal traineeship in Ulm with further training periods at the Regional Court in Ulm, the Public Prosecutor's Office in Ulm, the Social Court in Ulm and the 20th Civil Senate (Corporate Law Senate) of the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart.
In addition, Daniel was self-employed for several years in the field of management consulting until he joined Urwantschky Dangel Borst as a lawyer in June 2020.
He is the author of various academic publications, including several essays in the field of labour and social law and co-author of a study book on labour and social law and a major commentary on labour law.
Daniel is a member of the board of the Caritasverein Illertissen e.V. (illerSENIO).
