Seit 1981 ist Dr. Peter Urwantschky LL.M. Anwalt in dieser Kanzlei. 1985 wurde er Partner.
Er studierte an der Freien Universität Berlin, der Université Paris 2 Pantheon Assas und der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
1981 erlangte er an der School of Law (Boalt Hall) University of California, Berkeley, USA den Titel eines Master of Laws (LL.M.), wobei sein Schwerpunkt auf dem internationalen Luftrecht lag. Seine Abschlussarbeit schrieb er über Governmental Interest Approach bei Flugzeugunfällen.
An der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München wurde er 1985 über das Thema „Flugzeugunfälle mit Auslandsberührung und Auflockerung des Deliktstatuts“ promoviert.
Herr Dr. Urwantschky war bereits auf vielen internationalen Luftrechtskonferenzen und -seminaren als Redner und Diskussionsteilnehmer eingeladen. Auch ist er aktives Mitglied in zahlreichen luftrechtlichen Organisationen und Vereinigungen.
Durch sein internationales Engagement verfügt Herr Dr. Urwantschky weltweit über enge Kontakte zu Luftrechtsexperten..
